Ohmio makes autonomous electric vehicles which it sees as a first and last mile mode of transport to and from large bus stations or ferry terminals or carparks at airports. Ohmio vehicles follow a virtual track, and are able to connect with other vehicles, infrastructure and traffic management systems. The technology was originally created by HMI Technologies, an innovator of Intelligent Transport Systems. (Ohmio is HMI in wheels.)
